Community outreach efforts include demonstrations for K-12 schools and science education.
Dr. Meints became an ACS Science Coach for 2021-2022 working with Ms. Denise Vinton at Central high School. Here are some pictures of her class, discussing DNA and other polymers. Nice hands-on demonstration using alginate and salt solutions.
